Job Description:

  1. Monitor and manage the collection of outstanding customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
  2. Provide excellent customer service while enforcing payment terms and policies.
  3. Establishes and maintains accurate records by posting received payments in compliance with the agreement.
  4. Analyzing business partners' settlement trends and Initiating suitable actions for encouraging timely debt payments.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
