Summary
The Senior Specialist, Merchandising - Home is responsible for comprehensive and centralized communication and coordination between buyers and production/ other department, overseeing product development, sample and bulk status, adherence to quality standards, product cost and approval.
Design and execute visual merchandising plans for in-store displays and online presentations to enhance customer experience and sales. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms for merchandise
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates, preferably with a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Background in the retail industry is preferred.
- Experience in merchandising is a strong advantage.
- Excellent administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong communication, coordination, and monitoring skills.
- Customer-focused, resourceful, and highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and flexible attitude.
