About The Role
We are seeking a Multimedia Designer who will be responsible for developing visually engaging assets that support client campaigns and internal creative initiatives. This role blends hands-on design work with participation in strategy and ideation sessions. The ideal candidate brings strong creative instincts, technical skill, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.

Responsibilities

  • Design static and motion graphics for email campaigns, paid ads, social media, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints
  • Contribute to creative ideation and content strategy, offering concepts that support campaign goals and brand direction
  • Edit and produce short-form video content (product explainers, testimonials, reels,etc.)
  • Develop effective AI prompts to produce high-quality visual outputs that align with brand guidelines and creative directionUnderstanding of social and digital ad formats and best practices
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs
  • Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times
  • Stay on top of design trends, platform best practices and performance-driven creative strategies

Competencies And Qualifications
Must-have

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative or multimedia design role
  • Experience working in a creative agency or marketing environment supporting clients in varied categories
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Canva,Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and marketing design principles
  • Experience with AI-powered design tools and platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Firefly) and ability to craft effective AI prompts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across all assets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team seamlessly
  • Ownership mindset – proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong PRODUCT portfolio showcasing both static and motion work, preferably in varied categories
