Digital Designer – Marketing & Web

Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Digital Designer with a strong digital-first mindset to create impactful marketing visuals across web, social, email, and advertising channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ad Design: Create static and animated ads (banners, display, retargeting, and social) tailored to various brand voices.
  • Web Graphics: Design conversion-optimized visuals for websites and landing pages — including hero images, promotional banners, icons, and more.
  • Marketing Collateral: Produce engaging designs for email campaigns, brochures, event booths, and print ads.
  • Brand Consistency: Align designs with brand guidelines while leveraging shared design systems for efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, developers, motion designers, and UX teams on campaigns and launches.
  • Template Development: Build and maintain reusable ad/web templates using tools like Figma and shared design systems.
  • Platform Optimization: Adapt creatives for multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, social) with performance, accessibility (WCAG), and responsiveness in mind.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Rapidly test and refine creatives based on A/B test results and performance metrics.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant design experience in a marketing or agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact digital ads and web graphics.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and animation tools (After Effects, Lottie).
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, HTML/CSS basics, and platform best practices (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience in template creation, A/B testing, and conversion-focused design.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands, tight deadlines, and evolving creative briefs.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, Confluence, and working with global, remote teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a mindset for performance optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
