We are looking for a QA Product Specialist who will perform finished goods inspection and release. He or she will also be assigned to complete FG inspection form. Lastly, he or she will perform the FG tracker updating and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Finished goods inspection
  • Checking of batch code, expiry dates (SL), product name and shipper tags
  • Storage at Ceris (Temperature and RH)
  • Regular temperature monitoring
  • Conduct AQL inspection of finished goods
  • Compliance on GMP Monthly audit, IQA of area (if applicable)
  • Properly complete the FG Inspection Form
  • Checking of truck temperature as per standard
  • Tagging of approved FGs (QA Approved) or On hold if found with defect or quality issue upon inspection
  • Creation of NCR and CAPA
  • Inspection of collaterals
  • Implement Good Warehouse and Good Documentation Practice

  • Proper wearing of uniform for inspection activity

  • Perform other related tasks required by the Superior

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Tech., IE, Biology/Micro, or Chemistry.
  • Experience working in an ISO or GMP-certified company
  • With 5 to 10 years of work experience in Cosmetics, Food, or the Pharma Industry
  • Worked under the Quality Department for 5-10 years
  • Knowledgeable on AQL inspection, GMP, GDP, GWP
  • Detail-oriented
