About the Role

We are looking for an Investment Relations Officer to serve as the link between our company, investors, and regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate is a CPA with a strong understanding of financial markets, Philippine regulations, and investor relations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain communication with investors and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with SEC and BOI requirements
  • Prepare and present financial and investment reports
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments
  • Support management in decision-making through data and analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Experience in a public company in the Philippines or similar industry:
  • Entry Level: 1–2 years
  • Supervisory Level: 3–5 years
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards
  • Proficient in English and Filipino (spoken & written)
