The HR Business Partner Manager acts as a strategic partner to business leaders in a BPO environment, driving HR initiatives that support operational goals, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role manages the delivery of HR services, serves as a coach to managers, and addresses organizational needs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate

  • Must have experience as HRBP Manager / Lead in the BPO setting,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php95,000.00 per month
