We are seeking a dynamic Community Associate Intern to join our team. This role blends platform response, social media management, and community engagement to foster a positive, inclusive, and active brand presence on TikTok. The ideal candidate is passionate about content-driven strategies and adept at cultivating strong relationships with online communities while maintaining brand integrity.

Responsibilities:

TikTok Account Management


• Oversee the community management of the official Instagram/TikTok account for TRESemmé.


• Adapt and localize FAQs and responses based on TRESemmé's guidelines to suit the TikTok platform and local audience preferences.


• Ensure all interactions and content align with TikTok's guidelines and the brand's tone of voice.

Community Engagement Growth


• Actively engage with community members* through comments (CasC**), replies, broadcast channel, and direct messages to foster meaningful relationships and encourage participation.


• Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and participation in brand campaigns, leveraging TikTok's unique features like challenges and trends includes influencers, communities, and other relevant social spaces/pages to culture and the brand.


• 30 comments per day.

Content Moderation and Crisis Management


• Monitor and address inappropriate or harmful content, ensuring alignment with community and brand standards.


• Proactively manage spam, trolling, and disruptive behaviors to maintain a safe and welcoming community.


• Remove content that violates guidelines and respond to potential negative sentiments promptly and professionally.

Content Curation and Amplification


• Filter and curate high-quality user-generated content for potential re-sharing or highlighting on the official TikTok account.


• Leverage standout UGC to amplify brand visibility and authenticity, while staying consistent with campaign objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Open for fresh graduates.
  • Experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement, preferably on TikTok.
  • With understanding of TikTok trends, platform dynamics, and audience behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Analytical skills to interpret community metrics and optimize strategies for growth and engagement.
  • Proactive and positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
