About the role

Join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' as a full-time Technical Support Representative - Telecommunication Account. Based in Davao City Davao del Sur, this role will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients in the telecommunications industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to telecommunication products and services
  • Provide clear explanations and step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve their problems efficiently
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate subject matter experts
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns

What we're looking for

  • (at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad | No CCE required but preferred | confidence is a + factor| Excellent Communication Skills

**Conversation skills, commitment (reason for applying, plans etc.)
- Have experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Proficient in using various software and IT systems to provide technical support
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Familiarity with telecommunication products, services, and industry regulations
