  • Coordinate closely with various company departments, participate in brainstorming sessions with them to generate creative ideas for multimedia projects.
  • Create and follow-through with a calendar of activities including but not limited to (Company events, Wellness activities for employees, Corporate Social Responsibility, Culture cultivation & values formation activities for employees & Training).
  • Collect relevant data pertaining to such activities and events.
  • Coordinate closely with the 3rd party entity, if any, which handles the official website and social media accounts of the company.
  • Ensure all multimedia content meets the Company standards for quality and brand consistency.
  • Secures relevant minutes of meeting for all meetings or conferences the Immediate Head presides or attends.
  • Create all other Admin-related reports on a need basis as per close instruction from the Immediate Head.
