The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting business and quality requirements. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks, and ensures that project outcomes align with organizational goals in a regulated Traxion environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

● Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

● Lead project kick-offs, daily stand-ups, and regular progress reviews.

Stakeholder & Team Management

● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.

● Manage communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and expectations are met.

● Resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks, and maintain project team motivation.

Monitoring & Reporting

● Track project performance against KPIs, milestones, and deliverables.

● Prepare and present regular project status reports to PMO Head and executives.

● Ensure proper documentation of project activities, changes, and approvals.

Risk & Compliance Management

● Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

● Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

● Implement quality control measures to meet defined acceptance criteria.

Continuous Improvement

● Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.

● Recommend process improvements for future projects.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

● Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in IT, Fintech, or EMI.

● Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Technical & Methodological Skills:

● Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).

● Understanding of systems development, IT infrastructure, and business processes in financial services.

Soft Skills & Competencies:

● Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

● Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Requirements & Certifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology,
Computer Science, Information Systems. Management Information,
or related field

● PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe) is an advantage.

● Proven experience in project management.
