Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Healthcare Account team. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from healthcare clients professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and healthcare-related inquiries.
  • Resolve client issues in a timely manner while adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution.
  • Maintain knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Meet performance targets, including quality, productivity, and client satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
