Overview

The Beverage Equipment Services Manager will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of service and maintenance standards across all beverage equipment assets. This role will manage third-party service provider/supplier relationships and define service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal equipment performance, compliance, and customer (i.e., Restaurants, Hotels, Convenience Stores) satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of beverage dispensing and brewing equipment and proven experience managing maintenance programs and vendor performance.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in beverage equipment maintenance or technical service management in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Experience managing third-party service providers and drafting/monitoring SLAs.
  • Strong technical exposure and understanding of beverage equipment (coffee, soft-drink, juice dispensing systems, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze technical data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and reporting tools.
  • This is a Technical Sales role (Food Service), not a manufacturing or production position.
