About the role

Join our dynamic team as an Operations Manager at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our healthcare-focused business process outsourcing services. Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer service call centre runs seamlessly, delivering exceptional support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our call centre, ensuring high levels of productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training and performance management
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to optimise call centre performance
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics, such as call volumes, wait times and resolution rates, and take corrective action as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and quality standards
  • Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the call centre team

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience (3-5 years) in a call centre or customer service operations role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising call centre operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry
  • Proficient in using call centre and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
