Regulatory:

· Responsible for new product registration/renewal and liaison to FDA

· Prepare and process all requirements for License to Operate, CPR's and other related correspondence with Food and Drug Administration

· Ensure all permits, licenses, system/portals are updated and valid (BOC, FDA, DOH, PhilGEPS, EDPMS and others)

  • Compilation of dossiers

Inventory:

· Monitor stock levels of products

· Maintains inventory records on of all products and other materials received

· Monitoring of expiration dates of all products Monitoring and purchase of products needed

· Ensures compliance standards – cold chain standard, stock room standards etc.

· Investigate discrepancies in handling records to determine corrections needed.

· Responsible in importation of pharmaceuticals

· Liaise and coordinate with carriers / suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipment

· Keeps accurate record of product movement and in maintaining the integrity of inventory data

· Ensures the quality of product through compliance with the Company's standard procedures

· Scout for possible foreign and local manufacturer/supplier of products

Others:

· Provide the company with technical expertise necessary for the improvement of Management functions in areas of: Product Management, Product Development, and Training.

· Prepare necessary documents for bidding purposes.

· Performs other tasks assigned by Immediate Head/Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
