A. IT Operations

  • Process Accounts Creation, Suspension and Deletion
  • Manage and update TP-Link OMADA Controller
  • Monitor timely payment of subscriptions
  • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
  • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
  • Maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality
  • Manage, maintain and update onsite IT infrastructure/equipment such as server, hubs, routers and cabling system
  • Provide online and onsite support in company related events
  • Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders if necessary
  • Regularly check the technical infrastructure and servers for BGC Hub, Octagon, HQ and VCIS
  • Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

B. Security

  • Maintain and backup Files and Folders in Google Drive and OneDrive
  • Installation and Maintenance of Security Software in the devices
  • Maintain the surveillance cameras and network administration.
  • Properly storing footage - deleting or archiving old footage as needed, organizing old footage in an orderly fashion, and switching out memory cards, hard drives or servers.

C. Asset Management

  • Coordination with IT related suppliers for quotations and purchases
  • Do an initial repair and assessment for assets before sending in repair centers
  • Assess devices surrendered for clearance purposes
  • Process permits for asset deliveries
  • Semi-Annual Inventory of Assets

D. Key Applications Management
