Power Mac Center is looking for an
Accounts Payable Assistant
to support our Finance Team. This role ensures accurate processing of invoices, timely payments, and reliable financial records while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices, payments, and related transactions
  • Prepare AP checks and invoices
  • Maintain accurate accounting ledgers and reports
  • Ensure timely vendor payments and address discrepancies
  • Support compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of
    BS Accountancy, Accounting or Finance
  • At least
    6 months of experience
    in Accounts Payable or General Accounting (internship accepted)
  • Knowledge of AP cycle, matching, vouching & GL coding
  • Proficient in accounting systems, MS Office, and iWork
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Values excellence, integrity, collaboration, and customer focus
