About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Staff to join the Marketing team at GOLDENLION CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY CORP.'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of various marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the company's products and services within the Cabuyao City Laguna area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
  2. Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media content
  3. Coordinate and participate in promotional events and activities
  4. Gather and analyse market data to support decision-making
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning
  6. Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or coordinating role, preferably in the construction industry
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and basic design software
  5. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
  7. Passion for marketing and a keen interest in the construction industry
