Position Requirements and Qualifications Educational Background: A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. Professional Status: Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC License) . This is a non-negotiable requirement. Experience: Previous professional experience in project coordination, site supervision, or an equivalent engineering function is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) and project management applications is required. Attribute: The successful candidate must possess exceptional analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and professional communication skills. Role and Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in the meticulous planning, scheduling, and overall execution of water-related engineering projects. Conduct frequent and thorough site inspections to ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and project timelines. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports, progress billings, and formal status updates for senior management. Serve as a key coordinator among contractors, consultants, and various internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
