Key Responsibilities:1. Property Maintenance & Engineering Support

  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair works for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other utility systems.
  • Address technical concerns raised by tenants or property occupants.

2. Project Oversight

  • Assist in planning, implementation, and monitoring of fit-out, renovation, or construction works within the property.
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for engineering-related work.

3. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure building systems comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
  • Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee the documentation of safety permits, occupancy permits, and other regulatory requirements.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date records of building plans, as-built drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance logs.
  • Prepare engineering reports, inspection results, and project updates for submission to the PMO Head or Property Manager.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Assist in preparing budgets for maintenance and engineering-related projects.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness of engineering operations and procurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
