Responsibilities:

  • Support general administrative duties as needed to reduce operational bottlenecks

  • Review project specifications and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.

  • Analyse labour, material, and overhead costs to develop accurate pricing.

  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify requirements and expectations.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing structures.

  • Prepare and present estimates to clients in a clear and professional manner.

  • Ensure all estimates are completed within set deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction or production estimation

  • Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices.

  • Experience with metalwork, fabrication, or construction industry preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
