About the role

Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Promoter to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers, driving sales and building brand awareness. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our growing cooperative.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers in-store to promote our products and services
  2. Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers
  3. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
  4. Achieving daily/weekly sales targets through effective promotion and customer engagement
  5. Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing product display
  6. Providing feedback to the management team on customer trends and market insights
  7. Participating in brand-building activities and promotional events

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to convey product benefits clearly
  4. A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
  5. The ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the store
  6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
