JOB SUMMARY:

  • To prepare the needed Nutritional supplement of all end user with prescribed Milk Supplement and calorie needed.
  • To ensure the inventory are in place and stocks are replenish accordingly
  • To assist the Nutritionist-Dietitian in need in terms of any food preparation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To make sure the utmost cleanliness of the Tube feeding room is practice at
  • all times.
  • Prepare Purchase request / Stock transfer of Nutritionals.
  • Make a daily inventory of nutritionals.
  • Update and print Tube feeding and ONS label / tags.
  • To ensure that the physicians prescription are being followed.
  • Coordinate with the In-House ND and Four A's ND on the changes of nutritionals to use / to be use.
  • Assist on the delivery of the milk supplementation.
  • Consolidate all the receiving forms with complete details on the received.
  • Assist on the billing requirement / attachments

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition, Food Technology, Dietetics & Nutritional Sciences
  • With 1-2 yrs of bulk food production experience. FSCO/Food manager certificate is a plus.
  • Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply and w/ license is advantage
  • Computer Literate and work w/ minimum supervision
