Position Summary

The Process Excellence Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will use methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for enhancement, and lead cross-functional project teams to implement effective solutions. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
 

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a dedicated process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation role.

• Lean Six Sigma Belt certification (Green/Yellow) is mandatory.

• Proven experience successfully leading multiple process improvement projects with measurable results in a complex business environment.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
