Job Description:

As a Sales Associate for fragrance products, you will help customers find scents they'll love while ensuring excellent service and smooth store operations. You'll play a key role in reaching sales targets and keeping the store organized and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in choosing fragrances.
  • Provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  • Keep shelves stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals.
  • Answer customer questions and handle concerns professionally.
  • Process purchases quickly and accurately.
  • Assist with inventory and stock management.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level.
  • Retail or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and well-presented.
  • Flexible with work schedule and willing to work in-store.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
