Are you an organized, detail-focused Bookkeeper. We're looking for someone who's confident in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

·       Enter all invoices with 100% accuracy

·       Matching payment terms for all payables in purchases register

·       Produce weekly payables report and process payments

Accounts Receivable

·       Raise invoices and distribute to managers to send to their contact

File Reconciliation procedures

·       Reconcile main bank account, PayPal AUD, PayPal USD

·       Reconcile credit card using Receipt Bank and send queries to Onshore Accountant

·       Petty cash reconciliation

Payroll

·       Raise income and recharges for webstore sales for DLL, NLVR, UNFD and any RM Distro deals

Run weekly/fortnightly payroll through Deputy and Xero

·       Onboard new employees

·       Track staff bonuses

Compliance Obligations

·       Monthly IAS and Quarterly BAS preparation

·       Preparation of monthly payroll tax figures

·       Enter all invoices that contain VAT into Xero

·       Produce weekly payables report and send ABA file for onshore accountant approval

·       Assist with company cash flow management by entering Planned Date information

Qualifications:

·       At least 2 years' Bookkeeping experience

·       Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, and Payroll

·       AU or UK experience is preferred but not essential

·       Xero experience is preferred
