Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the recruitment team, including recruiters and sourcing staff
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment: manpower requests, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and deployment

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire

  • Manage relationships with external recruiters, headhunters, and job portals
  • Review and approve job postings, interview assessments, and hiring recommendations

  • Support onboarding and ensure smooth transition of newly hired employees
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing tools, and interview techniques
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
