Core Responsibilities

  • Supervise and schedule the daily work of the mechanical maintenance team.
  • Directly oversee the inspection, maintenance, and repair of the ammonia refrigeration system (compressors, condensers, etc.).
  • Implement and manage the Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan to stop breakdowns.
  • Quickly diagnose and repair complex mechanical failures.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols, especially those related to refrigerant handling and pressure systems.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, budget, and maintenance records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
