Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct meetings to understand clients' non-life insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Promote and sell various non-life insurance products to meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assist with claims, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Open for fresh graduate Bachelor in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous sales experience, particularly in insurance, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
