MIS Assistant primarily responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and securing head office's data, hardware, network and internet resources. He/she performs in-depth hardware diagnosis, repairs & updates to guarantee units' reliability and ensures proper utilization of resources for the achievement of the company's goal.

What we're looking for:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Industrial Engineering.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow documentation.
  • Knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC) and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in database management (SQL, MySQL, MS Access) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., VBA, RPA platforms like UiPath) for streamlining processes.
  • Competence in requirements gathering, preparing technical documentation, and testing new system features.
  • Understanding of system integration and change management principles.

Work Experience

  • Experience supporting systems development projects or process optimization initiatives.
  • Exposure to ERP/CRM system configuration and custom report creation (Crystal Report, Report Designer).
  • Practical involvement in user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills for bridging technical and non- technical teams.
  • Adaptability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in IT and operations.
