About the role

We're seeking motivated, solutions-oriented Instructional Designers to customise and enhance learning materials for diverse clients. This is a full-time, output-focused role with genuine schedule flexibility—ideal for professionals who deliver high-quality work without the need to clock in or out.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, adapt, and enhance learning materials to meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Tailor assessments, learner guides, and supporting resources to align with competency and compliance needs.
  • Build and maintain content in an LMS to streamline delivery, assessment workflows, and learner experience.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and ensure alignment with relevant frameworks and standards (training provided as needed).
Qualifications & experience
  • Strong background in education, learning design, or instructional design.
  • 2+ years in a learner services or instructional design environment.
  • Hands-on experience with an LMS (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, aXcelerate, eSkilled, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, case management, and record-keeping skills.
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects concurrently.
