Messenger / Utility Personnel

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Messenger/Utility Personnel to assist the company with day-to-day errands and office support. The role includes handling payments, bank transactions, document deliveries, basic office maintenance, and other assigned tasks. You will also support the office by preparing coffee, serving clients/visitors, and keeping the workplace clean and organized.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Run errands such as bills payment, bank transactions, pick-up and/or delivery of packages/documents
  • Prepare and serve coffee/refreshments for visitors or clients
  • Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
  • Provide support to staff as needed
  • Follow a shifting schedule (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Operate company motorcycle when necessary

Qualifications:

  • At least High School / Senior High School Graduate / Vocational Certificate holder
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience
  • Must have a motorcycle and a valid driver's license
  • Organized, reliable, and with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within set deadlines
  • Good planning and decision-making skills
  • Physically fit, agile, and able to remain active for long periods
  • With good moral character, well-groomed, hardworking, self-motivated, flexible, with initiative, fast and accurate, reliable, and discreet

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
