IT Service Desk Analyst

HUKL Consultants OPC is a consulting services provider that offers highly skilled professionals on a project or contract basis to support business functions such as HR, Accounting, IT, Contact Center operations, Training, and Marketing.
Tasks:
- Offer technical support to computer system users
- Address client inquiries and IT-related issues in person, over the phone, or remotely
- Assist with computer hardware and software usage, including Point of Sale, communication systems, printing, email, OS, and networking
- Prioritize timely responses to tickets and inquiries
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure issue resolution satisfaction and/or project updates
- Work and/or manage a team of IT professionals, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a technical field
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Previous IT - BPO experience
- Familiarity with Windows, mobile and networking technologies
- Work with minimal supervision, ability to think out of the box
- Ability to interface directly with clients, strong customer service aptitude
- Working experience with MSP and ITSM, advanced technical troubleshooting skills
- Azure, MS365 Cloud, MS Intune, Active Directory, GPO, MS Defender (plus, not not required)
