Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to EV chargers.
  • Communicate with customers and technicians via Five9 SoftPhone.
  • Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues.
  • Follow up on open tickets with manufacturers and internal teams.
  • Meet SLA targets for ticket acknowledgment and resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • Maintain high performance and quality standards.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Associate/Bachelor's degree, vocational course, or relevant certifications.
  • Basic electrical knowledge (voltage, current, power).
  • Experience with wireless carriers and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN, TCP, VPN, and OSI layers.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work shifting and hybrid schedules.
