About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate at Helios, you will play a critical role in supporting homeowners after they've decided to go solar. You'll guide them through the installation process, ensure their systems are activated properly, and provide ongoing support to help them get the most out of their solar investment. You'll be the key link between the customer and our internal teams, ensuring a seamless and satisfying post-sales experience. This hybrid or on-site role in Taguig is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by the satisfaction of guiding customers through their transition to clean energy.

This role offers clear opportunities for growth, including the potential to take on leadership or supervisory responsibilities as the Customer Success team scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after their solar purchase is finalized.
  • Coordinate installation steps in partnership with operations and engineering teams.
  • Keep customers informed about next steps, documentation requirements, and schedules.
  • Provide onboarding support for solar monitoring tools and ensure customers understand how to track their energy production.
  • Proactively monitor system performance and flag issues to internal teams for resolution.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to installations, system performance, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Champion customer satisfaction and help identify opportunities to improve the post-sales experience.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role. Experience in solar, energy, technology, start-up or similar industry is an advantage. Exception fresh grads are open to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in sustainability, clean energy, or mission-driven work is a big plus.
