We are a premium trading-card accessory brand with a growing community of collectors. Our goal is to elevate the brand into a nationally recognized name across multiple TCGs. To support this next stage of expansion, we are looking for a Brand & Growth Manager who can bring structure, consistency, and strong execution across all brand touchpoints.
This role will work directly with the CEO and will be central to how the brand grows, presents itself, and operates daily.
Role OverviewThe Brand & Growth Manager will manage the systems that drive product launches, marketing, community relationships, and e-commerce performance.
The role requires creativity, operational discipline, and a strong understanding of brand quality.
Key Responsibilities1. Product and Launch Management
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers.
- Oversee packaging, photography, content preparation, and listing uploads.
- Maintain accurate and organized product catalogs.
- Ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
- Manage creator partnerships and TikTok affiliates.
- Send PR packages and track weekly content output.
- Prepare weekly content calendars and assist with execution.
- Maintain a clean, premium, consistent Instagram portfolio.
- Support asset preparation for paid ads and campaigns.
- Manage and restock cabinet locations.
- Coordinate with card shops, organizers, and community groups.
- Execute collaborations, giveaways, and community-building initiatives.
- Maintain strong communication with collectors and customers.
- Manage and update listings across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Ensure consistent pricing, descriptions, and product accuracy.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain high ratings across platforms.
- Track inventory levels across all selling channels.
- Coordinate restocks, deliveries, and packaging supplies.
- Maintain smooth workflows with warehouse and logistics partners.
- Strong eye for branding and clean, premium aesthetics.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
- Experience in marketing, e-commerce, or brand operations preferred.
- Comfortable handling both creative and operational responsibilities.
- Clear communicator with the ability to work independently.
- Interested in the TCG space or willing to learn quickly.
- Direct involvement in building a brand from the ground up.
- High ownership of projects and campaigns.
