Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related course
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in accounting or receivables management
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting systems/software
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized in maintaining account records
  • Possesses good communication and coordination skills, especially in dealing with clients
  • Able to handle multiple accounts and meet collection deadlines
  • Works well under pressure with minimal supervision

Job Description:
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices, statements of account, and official receipts
  • Monitor and record incoming payments and ensure accurate posting to customer accounts
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate with clients for collection updates
  • Reconcile customer balances and account discrepancies
  • Maintain proper filing of billing documents and collection records
  • Prepare aging reports and collection summaries for management review
  • Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of accounts receivable balances
  • Ensure all receivable transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards
