Ensure upstream Payroll data accuracy through data management and validation, enabling correct and timely pay.·       Act as Junior Team Lead, spending 70% of time on supervisory activities and 30% of time on processing transactions.·       Act as escalation point to the Associate manager·       Responsible for developing and ensuring integrity and consistency of set Payroll Admin processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled.·       Responsible for ensuring Service Delivery to the client, balancing staffing requirements with operational efficiencies and financial goals. ·       Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback for direct reports in Payroll Admin teams (Transactional, Complex or Time & Attendance)·       Analyse and solve increasingly complex problems.
