What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Financial Planning Assistant, supporting planners through detailed documentation, compliance activities, report preparation, and coordination with financial institutions. Your organization skills and financial planning experience ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and well-structured advisory support.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial planning, preferably within an AU financial services or banking environment
  • Background in banking, financial services, or equivalent roles
  • High proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset

How You'll Contribute

  • Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings
  • Manage competing demands and prioritize deadlines
  • Research and liaise with financial institutions, super funds, and insurance providers
  • Maintain and update client records in financial planning software
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate record-keeping
  • Support the creation and maintenance of internal process documentation
