Job description:

Supply Chain – Demand Planning Intern

Their Supply Chain intern have the opportunity to work within the company's Supply Chain team, as well as within the operational departments that comprise PICKUP COFFEE's supply chain such as Warehouse & Logistics, Procurement, Commissary, Operations Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist on Demand Planning regular tasks on providing forecast from demand up to delivery to stores
  • Assist with the documentation of supply chain processes and best practices
  • Assist in the creation of process improvement projects
  • Conduct Demand Planning reports & analysis
  • Actively seek and recommend new supply chain project opportunities
  • Assist with claims investigations, develop plans and escalate unresolved issues

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be actively pursuing a degree of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain
  • Highly motivated student with the desire to take initiative on their own work
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to preserve confidentiality of information
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to present information to various levels of the organization
  • Managing multiple priorities between school, work or extracurricular activities
  • Heavy user /Proficiency on Data Analysis and Presentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) & Google Sheets
  • Significant level of multi-tasking
  • 3 full-time positions available
