Call Center Support Agent – No BPO Experience

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Support Agents. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates or those without prior BPO experience. Full training will be provided to equip you with the skills to deliver excellent customer service.


Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • No prior BPO or call center experience needed
  • Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to work onsite and on shifting schedules
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and provide product/service information
  • Follow call scripts and company procedures
  • Document call details accurately in the system
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions
  • Meet performance targets and team goals
