Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree / Professional License (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical)
Experience: 2.0 years in food manufacturing, production, or process engineering
Special Skills:
- Hands-on experience in electromechanical works.
- Ability to read and understand operation manuals and diagrams.
- Initiative to recognize emerging problems and proactively develop solutions.
- Excellent Leadership and Team player
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise equipment pre and post-operation preventive maintenance.
- Set up and monitor Further Processing/Marination equipment standard parameters.
- Regularly monitor machine In-process performance and effectiveness.
- Management of Further Processing/Marination area equipment and spare parts.
- Troubleshooting and repair of Further Processing/Marination Equipment.
- Ensure all processing equipment is in optimum working condition.
- Ensure compliance with equipment and work area safety.
- Monitor proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
- Monitoring of Toll Partner compliance with government regulatory requirements.
- Generate weekly progress reports based on the superior's requirements.
- Perform other tasks that may be required from time to time.
- Applicant must be willing to work and stay in General Santos City.
