About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Associate to support our Finance & Accounting Department. The ideal candidate is organized, deadline-driven, and able to handle day-to-day accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily accounting operations (A/P, A/R, general ledger entries).
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Monitor, reconcile, and maintain accounting schedules and databases.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and statutory remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Handle BIR compliance tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for billing and payment concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • With at least 1 year of Experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
