Key ResponsibilitiesAudit & Compliance

  • Conduct field audits focusing on Accounts Receivable (AR) across assigned stores and customer accounts.
  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of entries declared by Salesmen for all distributor customers.
  • Review, analyze, and report discrepancies or irregularities identified during audits.
  • Ensure audit findings are properly documented, communicated, and acted upon.

Reconciliation & Reporting

  • Assist in the reconciliation of audit findings, particularly in inventory, AR, and internal business controls.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve variances and discrepancies.
  • Provide timely and accurate audit reports with clear recommendations for corrective actions.

Process & Control Validation

  • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and the principal standards.
  • Recommend improvements in processes to strengthen accountability, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support management in monitoring corrective measures and ensuring sustainable improvements.

Legal & Documentation Support

  • Prepare, secure, and validate documentation related to audit findings, particularly those required for legal or regulatory actions.
  • Coordinate with legal teams when necessary, ensuring that all supporting documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the FMCG or distribution industry.
  • Strong background in Accounts Receivable auditing, inventory checks, and internal controls.
  • Knowledgeable in audit processes, reconciliation, and documentation for legal proceedings.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of audit tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in the field.

Location Requirement:

  • Preferably residing in Lubao, Pampanga or nearby.
  • Willing to relocate to Villasis, Pangasinan (relocation assistance provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php24,000.00 per month
