Position Title: Product Structurer

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for analyzing, structuring and creating products/solutions for both individual and institutional clients of the Financial Markets Sector
  • Acts as the product manager for identified structured products, provides analytics for customer hedging, investment and financing decisions, and supports the creation of appropriate products and solutions
  • Responsible for ensuring full internal and regulatory compliance of structured financial solutions, including related documentation
  • Works with Relationship Managers, Salespersons and Traders to identify hedging and investment opportunities for clients

Qualifications:

  • Preferably an Assistant Manager or Manager with a strong background in Financial Markets products, including derivatives and structured products
  • Understands / has had exposure to product development, corporate finance, hedging, investments
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with financial mathematics
  • Communicates ideas effectively between traders, salespeople and clients
  • A Certified SEC Fixed Income Salesman, Treasury Professional (MM & FX), and/or CFA Level 1 Candidate/Passer
  • Being a lawyer or having strong knowledge of legal framework of financial markets products is an advantage
  • Having coding / programming skills is an advantage
