QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a costing or financial analysis role.
  • Knowledge in SAP is a must.
  • Proven experience in costing and financial analysis roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office skills
  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to understand client requirements and cost structure.
  • Work closely with the operations team to implement cost-effective measures for driver management.
  • Manage client billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable.
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients.
  • Collaborate with the client services team to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
  • Tracking organization expenses
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and client costs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as credit, risk, and operations, to ensure smooth client interactions.
  • On time submission and compliant to BIR
