As Project Accountant, you will lead project accounting across multiple property development projects, partnering with the Development and Capital Transactions teams to deliver accurate and timely financial outcomes.

Reporting to the Project Accounting Manager and Head of Finance, this role is key to ensuring financial integrity and effective collaboration across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage project general ledgers, journals, reconciliations, and cost tracking.
  • Provide accurate reporting for joint ventures and project partners.
  • Support tax, compliance, and audit requirements with external advisors.
  • Oversee project cash flow, capital calls, and drawdowns.
  • Deliver timely month-end and internal financial reporting.
  • Support process improvement initiatives across the Finance team.
  • Assist the Development team with budgeting, financial reviews, and risk management.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CA qualified (or progressing).
  • 3–5+ years' accounting experience, preferably in property development or financial services.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • High accuracy, accountability, and digital competence (Microsoft Office).
  • Experience with Business Central or similar ERP preferred.
