Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Institutional Sales Team in meeting sales goals and maintaining strong client partnerships.
  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and explore potential business opportunities.
  • Present and promote products and services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and business deals in line with company standards.
  • Identify and develop high-potential accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends and gather insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Assist in collection follow-ups and client account management.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales or Customer Service, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong background in B2B or institutional sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical, customer-oriented, and proactive team leader.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and ERP systems.
  • Preferably with a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php38,000.00 per month
