As an Arbitration Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing insurance verifications, claims follow-ups, and data accuracy. You'll ensure smooth coordination with insurance companies, uphold quality standards, and contribute to improving operational efficiency across global healthcare accounts.

The Qualifications We Seek

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in insurance verifications.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Familiarity with insurance verification processes and healthcare terminology.

Other Requirements

• Must maintain a professional appearance.
• Must report to work regularly and consistently.

Your Daily Tasks

• Conduct aggressive follow-ups to collect data from insurance companies.
• Perform thorough insurance verifications with a solid understanding of processes and protocols.
• Multitask effectively while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Enter data accurately with at least 40 WPM typing speed and 90% accuracy.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Navigate and utilize multiple insurance portals efficiently.
• Manage multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy.
• Perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Apply knowledge of medical terminology in day-to-day tasks.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Organize tasks and information effectively.
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation and direction.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
