About the Role

As our Corporate Safety Manager, you will lead the development and management of our health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 standards. You will work closely with leadership and teams to identify risks, implement solutions, and promote safety awareness throughout the company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the health and safety management system aligned with ISO 45001.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify hazards and recommend improvements.
  • Lead safety training and awareness initiatives to engage employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, providing reports and corrective action plans.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Safety Manager role or similar, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and influence teams.
  • Analytical skills to assess data and develop practical safety solutions.
  • Relevant certifications in health and safety are a plus.
